DISTRIBUTOR POLICY:
If you would like to become a distributor of "R " Heroes work shirts, please contact us to request a Credit Application or download HERE. "R" Heroes policy does not allow us to give out any pricing without your company information on file. Please include all names of approved buyers for your company so future orders are not held up to verify authorization. To further protect our distributors, pricing will only be given to approved buyers. If your company should relocate after establishing an account, please mail in or fax a letter signed by the owner/president on a company letterhead advising us of the change of address. If you change your business name or do not place an order for a year, you may be required to fill out a new credit application.
ORDER POLICY:
Once a distributor, "R" Heroes prefers orders to be placed by fax. Contact us to receive our Order Form or download HERE. Although verbal orders will be accepted, it is the buyer's responsibility to give accurate style numbers, sizes, and colors. All orders placed must provide a shipping address and company telephone number each time. All claims for incorrect shipments must be made in writing within 10 days of receipt of merchandise.
RETURN POLICY:
"R" Heroes work shirts are made firefighter tough! We stand behind our products 100%. All claims are to be given a Return Authorization number (RA#) from our office. "R" Heroes, Inc. reserves the right to repair any products that have a manufacturer's defect before replacement will be considered. Failure to adhere to this policy will nullify your claim with us.
